Memrise Charged Full Year Instead of Monthly Payment – Requesting Refund

I signed up for the Memrise app under the agreement of paying 70 francs annually, with monthly payments. However, I was surprised to see that 70 francs was charged to my card all at once. Despite using the app, I found it to be unhelpful and repetitive, offering the same content over and over again. Frustrated, I decided to cancel. I subscribed on April 26, and today is May 8. When I requested a refund, I was informed that annual payments are non-refundable, even though I was supposed to be on a monthly plan. I’ve already been charged for the full year, and I am requesting a refund for this charge. Please resolve this issue.
