Hello, I recently selected what I believed was a 33₺ monthly payment option on Memrise, only to find that 399₺ was charged to my card. I urgently request a refund, as this was not the plan I intended to purchase.

I can’t access any clear information on my subscription or card details to confirm if this is a yearly or monthly charge. Please clarify this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.
