Last year, I purchased a Memrise subscription, but this year, without any notification, the platform automatically renewed my membership and charged my account—well before my current subscription even expired. I had planned to cancel the subscription once it ended. It’s frustrating that this happened without my consent, and it seems like this is a common issue with the platform.
