Memrise App Charged My Credit Card Twice for One Subscription

On September 7, I purchased a monthly subscription package in the Memrise app using my Android device. I completed the payment using my credit card. However, I later noticed that my card was charged twice, with $12 USD deducted twice. Even though I purchased only one package, I was billed twice.
I am unable to reach customer support through the app, and I do not have any order number or customer ID related to the transaction. During the payment process, I received a successful transaction notification from my bank. I am requesting that the extra $12 USD charged to my account be refunded. I expect an urgent response and resolution regarding this issue.
