Memrise Charged Me for Renewal Without Any Prior Warning

My Memrise subscription that I purchased last year is scheduled to expire as of tomorrow, but the new subscription fee was charged to my account 24 hours in advance. Until the charge went through, I received no notification at all indicating that my subscription was about to end. I only realized what had happened after receiving a message from my bank about the renewal charge.
I had no intention of renewing my subscription, and as soon as I received the message, I immediately canceled the membership. However, $52 USD was still charged to my account for an application I do not plan to use. I am requesting that this amount be refunded to my account.
