My Memrise Refund Not Received Despite Apple Approval

While using the free version of Memrise, the app automatically charged the card saved on my phone without my consent. I quickly requested a refund through Apple, and I received confirmation that the refund was approved, followed by an email stating the amount was refunded. However, it has now been two weeks, and the refunded amount still hasn’t been credited to my account. I demand a quick resolution to this issue. If it’s not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
