Dyson Did Not Deliver the Promised Stand Unit for My V15s Detect Submarine Vacuum
"They called from customer service. They mentioned that they called regarding my complaint on the complaint platform about the standing unit not being delivered. They said they would investigate the issue. I also stated that the standing unit should be sent to me with photographic evidence and proof. They said they would review it and get back to me. No solution has been provided yet, and I am waiting."
I bought the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine vacuum cleaner from the Dyson stor...e on December 1. While the vacuum arrived on December 6, the promised stand
