"Following Dyson Turkey's unjust rejection of the request I filed on March 1 (during the campaign period), as of today I have completed my official application to the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey under the number 2026/0236.2541. I will continue to monitor the process both through legal channels and on global platforms until the delivery of the promotion I have won is ensured."
