Unauthorized Use of Phone Number for Western Union Transfer

On July 18, 2024, I received a message from Western Union stating: "Good news, your transfer with Samra MTCN 1872295362 ...has been successfully received." I learned from Western Union customer service that my phone number was used for this transaction. However, I did not carry out such a transaction.
