I purchased an 8GB Samsung RAM from Koyuncu Bilgisayar company via the N11 app, but it arrived with defects. The item di...dn't function on my computer, appeared used, and was delivered in inadequate packaging inside a box enclosed in a plastic bag. I attempted to give it back on the same day, but no o
