Beware N11! Defective Samsung RAM Purchase, No Help

I purchased an 8GB Samsung RAM from Koyuncu Bilgisayar company via the N11 app, but it arrived with defects. The item didn't function on my computer, appeared used, and was delivered in inadequate packaging inside a box enclosed in a plastic bag. I attempted to give it back on the same day, but no one was available to help. I'm uninstalling the N11 app and won't be making any future purchases from there. Their customer service agents are just a name, providing no assistance at all. I am very upset and will not withdraw my complaint. The product was shipped back and forth four times, and it seems like no one is concerned about it.

The order I placed on N11 on 31/01/2024 arrived defective and used. I wanted to return it the same day, but N11 is a company that does not stand by its customers. Even though I have the legal right to return the product, the company, Koyuncu Bilgisayar, sent it back to me, and this happened for 2 months. Finally, I contacted Samsung and was going to send the product for inspection, but the company switched the product during the return shipping and sent a worse product, and I am uploading the images of the different product. However, I am still complaining. N11 was just a bystander, so I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee against N11 and Koyuncu Bilgisayar.
