GCash Refund Request for an Unauthorized Starread Technology PHP 699 Charge
I am writing regarding an unauthorized transaction that was deducted from my GCash account. On November 3, 2026, an amou...nt of 699 PHP was charged to “Starread Technology Limited” with transaction ID AD2117288148451794944, which I did not authorize. I only discovered this transaction when I checked m
