Turkish Airlines Ticket Change Issue

I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for my mother for the date 15.08.2023. Before receiving the ticket, my mother... had a heart attack and is now in intensive care at the hospital. I called customer service, explained the situation to Turkish Airlines' customer service, and asked if we had any
