I am using Google Authenticator on my Infinix Hot 10, and I am having a problem with the two‑factor authentication code for my Melbet account. When I try to make a withdrawal on Melbet, the system asks me for the Google Authenticator code, but in the app, there is no Melbet code displayed at all, so I am unable to complete my withdrawal. This problem started yesterday. I contacted Melbet customer service, and they told me about a document verification process, but my main issue is that I do not have a valid Google Authenticator code for Melbet in my app, and therefore, I cannot access my funds for withdrawal. I kindly request your help to obtain a new working Google Authenticator code or a way to reset or reconfigure the two‑factor authentication for my Melbet account, so that I can securely access my account and complete my withdrawal.
