I enabled two-factor authentication on my Melbet account thinking it would add an extra layer of security. But now, it has completely locked me out. I can’t log in, deposit, or withdraw any funds—every time I try, I get an error saying “invalid code.”
I’ve explained that I no longer have access to the original Google Authenticator setup key, so I can’t recover the verification codes. I’ve already emailed support multiple times requesting help to disable two-factor authentication, but I haven’t received a single response.
It’s frustrating that a feature meant to protect my account is now preventing me from accessing it at all. I feel stuck and ignored. This is unacceptable for a platform that handles users’ money.
Melbet needs to provide a reliable account recovery process and responsive customer support. I expect them to urgently resolve this issue and remove the two-factor barrier from my account so I can regain control and continue using the service. Please fix this as soon as possible.
