Melbet Won’t Send Verification Codes and Ignores Support Requests

My account with Melbet was blocked on 13/01/2026 right after I attempted to fund my account, and since that date, I have not been able to access it or disable the two-factor authentication. The main problem is that I do not receive the verification code that is required for login and for managing the two-factor authentication, so I am completely locked out of my account. I have tried to reach Melbet through every possible communication channel, including email, social media, different contact forms, and live chat, but I have not received any response or support regarding my complaint. It is very frustrating that a company handling customer funds does not respond to the complaints addressed to it in any way. My clear request from Melbet is to urgently disable the two-factor authentication on my account or provide another secure method that allows me to log in again and manage my account. I expect them to respond to my messages, resolve the access issue, and restore normal use of my account as soon as possible.
