Chamet Not Letting Me Link Metwallet to Withdraw Earnings

I am a user of the Chamet live stream app in Nigeria, and I have been experiencing a serious problem linking my Chamet account to my Metwallet account for months. I am trying to bind/link my Chamet account to Metwallet so that I can withdraw my earnings, but the process is not working, and the system does not let me use Metwallet as a withdrawal option. Because of this issue, I currently have around 12 dollars stuck in my Chamet account that I cannot withdraw. I have contacted Chamet customer service and in‑app support many times, but the problem is still not solved, and I have not received any effective help. I request that my Chamet–Metwallet linking problem be checked urgently, that the technical error be fixed so I can successfully bind my Metwallet account, and that my 12-dollar balance be made withdrawable without any further delay.
