I am using the Melbet application on Android and on 20/01/2026 I lost access to my account because I forgot the two‑factor authentication code. Since that date I have not been able to log in to my account linked to the phone number 07 7013 70**. I tried to contact Melbet customer support to resolve the problem, but I did not receive any answer or response from them, and my problem is still ongoing. Although my account does not currently contain any money, I want to regain access in order to continue using your services. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my Melbet account and helping me log in again, for example by verifying my identity and resetting or disabling the two‑factor authentication so that I can access the account associated with the number 07 7013 70**.
