Medtronic Pacemaker Failure - No Support Response

After having a Medtronic pacemaker implanted, it’s impossible to reach anyone when there’s an issue with the device. Even customer service doesn’t respond. The pacemaker, which is a life-critical device, activated, and we took our patient to Ankara Etlik Heart Hospital around 12:30 a.m. on 14.10.2024. However, no one came to check the pacemaker until 9:00 a.m. The company shows no concern or sense of responsibility. Don’t entrust your life to such an unresponsive and careless firm.
