Arçelik Washer Repairs Take 17 Days


My Arçelik washing machine broke down on December 24, 2023, and I promptly contacted the authorized service. The technician arrived on December 26, 2023, stating that the machine's brain, the mainboard, was faulty. They claimed to lack the necessary part, mentioning they could procure it a few days later due to factory inventory. However, despite my daily efforts over the past 17 days, I cannot find anyone to address my concerns. They promise a callback, but no one contacts me, no one cares, and my machine remains unrepaired. I still don't understand why this process is dragging on for so long. I never anticipated that a brand of such quality and advanced technology would leave its customer in such a helpless state. My request is for an immediate repair of my washing machine and to alleviate my 17-day ordeal.
