I purchased the product from a reliable website on the internet and it arrived safely, but the authorized service still hasn't installed the product and it's been two weeks at least. The product was delivered on 23.10.2023, and I called the service and made an appointment. Today is 06.11.2023 and they still haven't installed it. The product number is EW6FN449BT Perfectcare 600 9kg 1400. I called the head office multiple times and they also tried to reach out to the service in Artvin province, yet still no response. They sent an email and again, it didn't work. I demanded that another service be appointed to me, yet it's been another week and nothing's happening. I'm so fed up and tired, I still carry my laundry from my neighbor's house even though I have a washing machine at home. I demand that my machine is installed as soon as possible.
