Arçelik Dishwasher Service No-Show - Frustration and Complaints



On July 2, 2024, my dishwasher malfunctioned, so I scheduled a service appointment with Arçelik customer service. As a working individual, I took time off to be home, cancelling evening plans to wait for the service between 17:00-19:00. However, the service team did not arrive and did not provide any updates.
On July 4, 2024, I received a message saying the service would come between 17:00-19:00, but again, they did not show up. The same situation occurred on July 5 and 6, 2024, with update messages but no visit from the service team. Finally, they bothered to call and said they would come, but by then, I naturally declined.
Arçelik has always been my first choice for appliances, but their failure to attend to a repairable issue has left me frustrated and disappointed. I will not only refrain from buying Arçelik products in the future but also discourage others from doing so.
