I keep receiving email notifications from the Meditopia app, and I want both to stop these emails and to delete my account. I tried to do this from my Android device as well as through Google login on a computer, but in the profile settings there is no option at all to delete my account. The “Delete Account” button simply does not appear anywhere.
I also sent an email to the Meditopia support team, but I have not received any response. My username is k*.
I am requesting that my account be permanently deleted as soon as possible and that I be provided with confirmation of this action. I also want my email address removed from Meditopia’s mailing lists so that I no longer receive unwanted notifications.
It is unacceptable for a platform not to provide users with a clear way to delete their accounts and data. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
