Meditopia Annual Plan Wrongly Charged With No Option to Cancel
On September 5, 2025, my account was charged 2,900 TL for a Meditopia annual subscription even though I have never used the app.
When I tried to cancel my membership through both the app and the website, there was no visible option or section to stop the subscription. I also contacted customer service via email multiple times, but I have not received any response at all.
Even when logging in with my registered email, the platform does not allow me to cancel my membership. This lack of transparency and support has left me frustrated and financially harmed.
