On March 16, I bought a Tefal vacuum from MediaMarkt in Sultanbeyli. On March 18th, I initiated a return request because it failed to function properly. However, the service report informed me that there was no problem with the device because it had reportedly been clogged and cleaned. After retesting the product in-store, I discovered that its suction force was still insufficient, failing to efficiently gather up paper fragments. I had tested the showcase model in-store before purchasing, and its suction power was adequate. However, the thing I received does not even compare. Despite this, my second return request was denied due to "no problem found." I received the device in a broken package, which contained product pieces that had been torn apart, and scratches on the vacuum head. I regret purchasing from Tefal and MediaMarkt. On March 28th, while testing the product in-store, it scooped up garbage left on the floor. However, when I took it home and tested it again with particles stuck in the filter, it failed to take them up efficiently and instead blew them back out. Dealing with this malfunctioning device for only one day resulted in two weeks of frustration. I was left dissatisfied with both purchases.
