HP Makes My 35 Day Old Victus Laptop Unusable with Hall Sensor Failure
I purchased my HP Victus laptop roughly 35 days ago at the Media Markt branch in Kuşadası, for a total of ₺56,999. The device is still covered by warranty, and here are the details: Product Registration Form Number T214-11803-R-CD and serial number 5CD5204JKH. After 35 days of use, I began experiencing random Hall sensor failures, which resulted in the screen turning off every 15–20 seconds and staying black for 5–6 seconds. This issue disrupts everything I'm trying to do and makes it hard to use my laptop effectively. My research revealed that this is a persistent problem faced by numerous HP Victus users. I contacted both technical service and HP customer support, but because the purchase was made with a commercial invoice, I was informed that a refund wasn't an option and only a repair could be provided. I appreciate the suggestion for repair, but I have concerns that it won't provide a long-term fix given the ongoing nature of the issue. Additionally, with my computer being serviced, I am encountering some business challenges. This product has a persistent issue that makes it unusable, so I am not asking for a repair; I am insisting on a full refund.
