Defective HP Victus Laptop - Chronic Hall Sensor Issue Demands a Refund
I purchased my HP Victus laptop about 35 days ago for ₺56,999. The device is under warranty, with Product Registration Form Number: T214-11803-R-CD and serial number 5CD5204JKH. After 35 days of use, the laptop began to randomly experience a Hall sensor failure, causing the screen to shut off every 15–20 seconds and remain black for about 5–6 seconds. This issue interrupts all my work and makes the device unusable. Through my research, I discovered that this is a chronic problem affecting many HP Victus users. I contacted both technical service and HP customer support, but was told that since I purchased the device with a commercial invoice, a refund is not possible and only a repair option is available. While repair was suggested, I believe it will not be a permanent solution due to the chronic nature of the defect. Furthermore, since my laptop is in service, I am also facing difficulties in my business. Because this product has a chronic defect that renders it unusable, I am not requesting a repair but directly demanding a full refund.
