Electrolux Vacuum Battery Fiasco, No Help from Media Markt

I can't believe what I've experienced with Media Markt! On June 19, 2023, I purchased an Electrolux EP81U25ULT upright vacuum cleaner from their website. After bringing it home and plugging it in to charge, I started using it. They claimed the battery would last up to 60 minutes, but to my dismay, it only lasted a mere 10 minutes! On June 20, 2023, I rushed back to the store to report the issue, hoping for a solution. However, all they said was to call the service center because they couldn't do anything and they wouldn't take it back. I took their advice and contacted Electrolux service, but to my disappointment, they also shrugged off their responsibility, instructing me to go through the store. Neither the store nor Electrolux service is willing to assist me in resolving this problem. It seems like I've fallen victim to a Media Markt scam!
