My Persistent Noise Complaint at McDonald's Kartal Drive-Thru

The second time I went through the McDonald's Kartal Drive-Thru, I ran into the same noise problem. Even though I complained before, there has been no response. The noise bothers them almost every night, and they still haven't hired a security guard. They seem to be doing nothing but making people mad. Everyone in the neighborhood can't stand the noise that's going on all the time. There could be bad things happen if this keeps up.
