I Cannot Sleep Because of Nighttime Noise From LCW Store Next to My Home

To LCW Customer Service,
I’m truly tired of repeatedly complaining for years about the LCW store located right next to my building on İvedik Street in Demetevler, Ankara. It’s currently 4 a.m., and there are still staff members inside. Four male employees are chatting loudly on the balcony right across from my bedroom. Despite warning them multiple times, it’s impossible to sleep or even relax at home due to the noise. The daytime staff are one problem, the night staff another. I’ve warned the employees verbally, reported it to their managers, and called customer service to file complaints. The noise stopped for a while but eventually returned. This is my home, and I don’t want to stay awake at 4 a.m. because of this disturbance. I just want to breathe, rest, and sleep peacefully in my own home. We go to work too—how are we supposed to function without sleep? I’m not on night duty! Even if I could say, “I’ll sleep all day,” that’s not a solution. This issue has gone on for years, and I’ve had enough. Please find a permanent fix.
