My McDonald's Order Came Wrong and Migros Yemek Ignored My Issue

If McDonald's and Migros Yemek cannot do this job properly, they should not victimize their customers and damage their brand image. Last night we ordered a chocolate milk shake (our main purpose) and chicken nuggets to meet the minimum delivery fee from McDonald's, about 30 minutes later a strawberry milkshake was delivered instead of chocolate. In the following process, we tried to explain our problem to Migros Yemek customer service for 1 hour and we accepted to exchange it for a chocolate milk shake and even pay for it again and asked for a chocolate milk shake, but the live support staff did not help in any way and we were left with a 1-hour long battle and breakdown. McDonald's, as a company that sent the wrong product and caused victimization, did not provide the chocolate milk shake delivery even if this mistake was corrected and the fee was paid. I may seem to have written a complaint for a simple product, but sometimes the problem can be in the smallest things, it did not suit the Mc Donald's brand.
