Incomplete Product Delivery and Disrespectful Customer Service Representatives
All the items in my order (#d4rz-m29p) placed through Yemeksepeti from Burger King were delivered after 50 minutes, and by then, everything had melted. On top of that, none of the items were prepared correctly. Here are the details: I ordered 3 King Mix with Colorful Chocolate Dragees, and for one of them, I paid extra to add blackberry sauce—but it came with chocolate sauce instead. For the other two, I paid extra to add extra dragees, but both were topped with chocolate sauce, which I didn’t ask for. One of them didn’t even contain the main ingredient—colorful dragees. I also ordered a medium-sized milkshake, but a small one was delivered. Even though I’ve ordered this product many times and know its size, the customer representative insisted it was a medium. All items had melted to the point that they were leaking through the bag, so I took photos and threw them away since they were inedible. I then contacted Yemeksepeti customer service. Two representatives I spoke with were completely unhelpful. Since the system only allows instant photo uploads, I couldn’t send images from my gallery. I asked for an email address to share the photos, but they said they couldn’t provide one. I took photos of the items in the trash, but they claimed they couldn’t detect an issue. I even transferred the photos to another device to try uploading them live, but they dismissed it, saying the photos were taken from another device and couldn’t be accepted. I don’t understand what else I’m supposed to do to get this problem resolved. And when I try to ask questions, the customer service reps abruptly end the chat. I am requesting a full refund.
