Hello, I ordered a Big Mac meal and large fries from McDonald's through the Yemek Sepeti app in Kuşadası for my husband to eat after work. Despite being in Istanbul, I placed a food order for my spouse. I carefully examined the menu options based on the pictures and selected the large fries for a more satisfying meal. However, the menu delivered to our home was more like a junior meal, and the fries were so small that they couldn't possibly be considered large. My husband called me immediately, furious about the situation. The meal wasn't enough for an adult to feel full, and it definitely didn't justify the ₺285 price tag. Frankly, receiving the eagerly awaited meal in this manner is unacceptable. Due to disappointment, my husband threw the burger and broke his phone out of anger. It's not right to send such a small portion to someone who has been working all day and waiting for a meal. I don't believe what was delivered qualifies as a Big Mac meal. Unfortunately, I won't be choosing this place again after this experience. If you're not getting your money's worth, it's only fair to demand a refund. I request a refund and don't want anyone's money to go to waste.
