OkCupid Android App Error “It’s Not You, It’s Us” Blocks Messaging

I am an OkCupid user in Spain, and for the last three days, I have been constantly receiving the “It’s not you, it’s us” technical error in the official Android application whenever I try to send messages. Because of this, I am completely unable to send any messages through the app, and the problem occurs every time without interruption. I have not made any recent payments, such as subscriptions or boosts, but I still expect the service to function properly. I request that this technical error be fixed as quickly as possible and that a proper investigation be carried out and explained, so that I can use the messaging feature of the application again without interruption. I kindly ask you to review my account and the Android app behaviour in detail and resolve this error as soon as possible.
