On March 8, 2026, at around 10:44 AM, I deposited ₹52,000 into my XM Trading account (account number 331743698) using UPI via the PhonePe application.
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I also have a payment screenshot as proof, but my XM trading account still shows a zero balance, and the deposit has not been reflected.
After noticing this issue, I contacted XM through live chat. They provided me with a link and asked me to submit a complaint through their form, but when I attempted to submit the form, it repeatedly displayed the message “error submitting your request, try after some time.” Because of this error, I was not even able to register my complaint properly.
As a result, I have not received any proper response or resolution from XM regarding this missing deposit.
I request that the ₹52,000 be refunded to my PhonePe or bank account as soon as possible, since this amount is very important to me and may represent months of savings for people like me.
I also respectfully request that XM improve its support response times and complaint systems, because delays and technical errors in the support process cause serious stress and uncertainty for customers.
