Remitly Transfer Cancelled but 1,700 AED Refund Still Missing

I used the Remitly application on 1 March 2026 at around 10:47 PM GST to send 1,700 AED from Sharjah, UAE, to my recipient, Rehmat Wah**, for cash pickup in Jalalpur Jattan, Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan. The transfer reference number is R37751252889, and the amount in Pakistan was shown as Rs 129,863. The transfer was later cancelled with a message that my card was declined by my bank. Although the transfer was cancelled, the 1,700 AED has not been refunded to my payment method, and it has already been 7 days since the cancellation. I have not received any clear information about where my money is. I tried to contact Remitly customer support, but I have not received any answer or assistance. I request that Remitly urgently check this cancelled transfer R37751252889, confirm where my money is, and immediately refund the full amount of 1,700 AED to my card, and also provide a clear written explanation of the cancellation and refund status.
