McDonald's Courier Acted Disrespectfully, Delayed My Order

On December 1, 2023, around 10:00 AM, I placed a hamburger order from McDonald's via Cınar McDonald's. Despite some delays accompanying my order, which I acknowledged as acceptable due to potential temperature issues, I later encountered an unsettling incident. The Yemeksepeti courier, upon arriving at my doorstep, proceeded to smoke a cigarette. Even after informing the courier that I smoke and instructing him to wait, he continued to smoke and insisted I wait for him. When I contacted McDonald's customer service, I received an unhelpful response indicating they wouldn't address the issue. Additionally, Yemeksepeti's live support provided dismissive automated responses when I reported the incident. Do you not think this is a matter of concern?
