I recently purchased Maybelline Sky High Mascara based on a recommendation from a sales associate at Eve store. She claimed that the black version was extra volumizing and long-lasting, so I decided to give it a try. After using it for just two days, I noticed my eyelashes falling out while removing my makeup.
To observe if the mascara was the cause, I stopped using it completely, but the fallout continued. Even after simply washing my face without rubbing my eyes, my lashes kept shedding. I later checked reviews online and saw that many other customers have experienced the same issue.
I have now started using an eyelash serum, but the shedding hasn’t stopped. This product is damaging and unsafe, and it’s shocking that a brand like Maybelline is selling such a harmful formula. If my lashes keep falling out, I will escalate this complaint further. I demand accountability and compensation for the damage done!
