On September 23, I purchased the Maybelline Superstay Teddy Tint lipstick from the L’Oréal seller on Trendyol (Order No: #10534792237). From the very first use, the product did not deliver on its advertised claims of long-lasting wear and a velvety texture. The lipstick does not stay on my lips, peels off in flakes, and leaves an unpleasant patchy look. This issue happens every time I use it, and the result is both frustrating and disappointing.
I no longer have the original packaging or the invoice, only the product itself. Since I haven’t had the chance to test this shade elsewhere, I’m unsure whether the issue is specific to the product I received or if it’s a wider quality problem with this line. I haven’t yet contacted customer service, but I would like to request clarification and a proper solution for this issue.
