I purchased the Maybelline New York Tattoo Brow product from the Eve branch in Anamur, Mersin. Although I specifically chose the "Dark Brown" shade, the color turned completely green when applied to my skin—it looked nothing like brown. I immediately wanted to return or exchange the product, but since I misplaced the receipt, the store refused to process any request.
However, I am a registered customer in your system, and my purchase can be tracked through my phone number. Despite this, I was told nothing could be done to resolve the issue. This product is clearly defective, and it is absolutely unusable in this condition. I expect proper customer support and a solution regardless of whether I have a physical receipt or not.
I request either a refund or a replacement of the product. Please don’t penalize your customers for a system that should already have the purchase details logged. I trusted Maybelline as a brand, but this experience has left me very disappointed.
