I’ve been using Maybelline Tattoo Brow for years without any problems, but lately I’ve encountered a serious issue that’s happened more than once. Every single product I bought recently—from different sellers—has turned my eyebrows green. After applying the tint, instead of the usual natural brown result, my brows ended up with a strong green hue that lasted 3 to 4 days. This is not a one-time incident—it has happened repeatedly, and it’s incredibly frustrating and embarrassing.
Since I had already used the products, I was unable to return or get a refund from any of the sellers. I’m now left with multiple unusable tubes and no answers. I’ve trusted this product for years, and I’m shocked that such a drastic quality issue has gone unaddressed.
I strongly urge Maybelline to investigate this problem immediately. There is clearly something wrong with the recent batches, whether it’s a formula issue or a storage problem. Please look into it and take responsibility before more loyal customers experience the same result. I paid good ₺ for a product that now damages my confidence instead of enhancing it.
