I purchased the Maybelline New York Tattoo Brow in brown from Gratis, expecting the same results I had experienced years ago. I had used this product before and was happy with the outcome—it applied well and gave a natural brown finish. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to repurchase it this year.
But this time, things went terribly wrong. Instead of a brown tint, it turned my eyebrows green. I was completely shocked. Not only does it look terrible and unnatural, but I’m also genuinely concerned about how this might affect my skin. Could this be a bad batch? A formula change? Either way, it’s unacceptable.
I'm extremely disappointed that such a trusted brand would release a product with this kind of inconsistency. I expect a full explanation and immediate action from both Maybelline and Gratis. What will you do to resolve this? Will you compensate me for a product that clearly doesn’t perform as promised—and may even pose a risk to my skin? I demand answers.
