BDG Game Deposit Not Credited – ₹900 Missing After UPI Payment

I want to raise a complaint about a failed deposit related to my Airtel Payments Bank account and my BDG Game account on the website https://bdggame.***. On 20 March, I made a payment of 900 rupees via UPI, and the amount was debited from my account successfully. This payment was intended to be credited to my BDG Game account balance. After the money was debited, the amount did not appear in my BDG Game account balance. I checked my BDG Game account, but the 900 rupees was not reflected there, even though the money was already deducted from my account through UPI. I request that this transaction be traced urgently and that my 900 rupees either be credited correctly to my BDG Game account on https://bdggame.io or refunded back to my source account as soon as possible, along with an explanation of why this issue occurred.
