Anadolu Insurance Refused Coverage After Approval – Hospital Change Problem

I have a supplemental private health insurance policy with Anadolu Hayat ve Emeklilik, and I need to undergo surgery due to a hiatal hernia. Because I have a 5 cm hernia, an urgent pre-authorization request was submitted on March 5, 2026, for treatment at Medical Park Adana Hospital, and this request was approved.

However, when I decided to change my doctor and applied to Medical Park Seyhan Hospital, my pre-authorization was denied without any explanation. My policy is registered under my name, and my policy number is 1060877324.

Despite contacting the insurance company and customer service multiple times, I have not received any response, and I am still unable to undergo the surgery. Even though I already have an approved pre-authorization, my treatment process has been blocked solely due to a change of hospital and doctor, which has caused serious inconvenience in a situation that requires urgent medical attention.

The circumstances clearly show that my request is justified, and if this issue is not resolved, I am seriously considering pursuing legal action.

I request that Anadolu Hayat ve Emeklilik re-evaluate and approve my pre-authorization for Medical Park Seyhan Hospital and urgently resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
