Dyson Customer Service Complaint – Refund Not Processed After Return
On February 25, 2026, I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner and a PH05 air purifier from the Dyson store in Ankara Kentpark. After bringing the products home and testing them, the vacuum cleaner worked without any issues, but the air purifier did not function at all.
After contacting Dyson service, I was informed that the device had a manufacturing defect. On the same day, I delivered the product to technical service. Three days later, the service confirmed that the device was defective due to a production fault.
Since they stated that they could not supply the same model as a replacement, I requested a refund. I have been waiting for my refund since February 28, 2026.
When I contacted the relevant teams, I encountered an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Despite having a final confirmation from Dyson’s own technical service that the product is defective, I was told that a refund cannot be processed until the product physically reaches the return department. I was informed that the shipment would take a maximum of 15 days.
However, more than 28 days have passed, and the product has still not arrived from Ankara to Istanbul, and my refund has not been issued. This situation has seriously damaged my trust in the company.
I request that my financial loss be compensated and that my refund be processed immediately.
There is no response to the complaint and no refund from Dyson; don't buy anything from them, you'll only end up regretting it.
