Max Factor Miracle Pure Ivory Foundation Too Dark Despite Correct Shade Purchase

I purchased the Max Factor Miracle Pure foundation in Light Ivory from Watsons for ₺569.90. I specifically chose the Ivory shade because it should match my fair skin tone. However, the product turned out to be much darker than expected, making it completely unsuitable for me.

This is the second time I have faced this issue. The first time, I could not use the product at all and ended up giving it to a friend. Now, once again, I feel that my money has been wasted, despite carefully choosing the correct shade.

I still have the packaging and receipt, and I am not asking for a refund. Instead, I kindly request that I be provided with a truly light-toned foundation or a suitable alternative that matches my complexion.

I expect Max Factor and Watsons to resolve this issue fairly and provide me with a product that actually corresponds to the shade advertised.
