Max Factor Foundation From Gratis Turns Dark And Causes Skin Burning

On December 8, 2023, I purchased a Max Factor foundation from the Bayraklı Westpark Outlet branch as a gift for my mother. When she tried it, the shade initially looked fine but after a short while it oxidized and turned much darker. Even though I have a darker skin tone myself, the foundation still looked too dark on me.

In addition, it caused a burning sensation on the skin and was difficult to blend evenly. This was extremely disappointing, as both Max Factor and Gratis are brands I usually like and trust. I did not expect to experience such poor product performance and discomfort.

I request that this issue be addressed immediately and that a proper solution—either through replacement or refund—be provided. Customers should not have to experience irritation and product quality concerns from such established brands.
