I have been using the Shiseido Radiant Foundation for years and always purchased it from Sephora without any issues. However, with my most recent purchase, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the product.
Compared to the foundation I previously bought from Sephora, this one appears much lighter in shade and provides significantly less coverage. The difference is obvious when I place the two products side by side. Because of this inconsistency, I am concerned that the product I received may not be genuine.
I only used the foundation twice, and I am very dissatisfied with both the color and the performance. For a premium brand like Shiseido, such a drastic difference is unacceptable and has completely undermined my trust.
I am formally requesting a return and refund for this purchase. I expect the brand to take this matter seriously and ensure that customers receive authentic, high-quality products that match the standards Shiseido is known for.
