Rimmel London Concealer From Watsons Recommended in Wrong Shade, Not Usable
Yesterday, I purchased a Rimmel London concealer from a Watsons store. I had been planning to buy this product for a long time, and when it went on sale, I decided to purchase it immediately. Since I was unsure about the shade, I asked the in-store beauty consultant for advice. Unfortunately, the shade she recommended turned out to be far too light, making it impossible for me to use.
To make matters worse, the store does not provide testers, so I had no way of checking the shade before buying. Selling cosmetic products without testers and refusing to allow shade testing is highly problematic, as it often results in customers purchasing products that are not suitable for their skin tones.
I believe this practice is against consumer rights, and I am requesting either a product exchange for the correct shade or a full refund. I expect Watsons and Rimmel London to take responsibility and resolve this issue fairly.
