On December 24, 2025, I purchased a pair of sweatshorts through Mavi.com. When the product arrived, the size was too small, so I wanted to return it.
Because my corporate information was registered in my Mavi.com account, I was asked to issue a return invoice, and I agreed. However, my accountant could not issue the return invoice because the original invoice issued to me was incorrect, and therefore he could not prepare the return invoice.
During this process, I repeatedly called Mavi’s customer service to request that the correct invoice be sent. Each time I was told that a record was taken and that I would be contacted back, but no solution was offered.
On January 2, 2026, I went to a Mavi store to return the product. The store staff initiated the online return process and told me to send the product with Aras Kargo, which I did as instructed. The product was received as a return, but my ₺669 credit card payment has still not been refunded.
Due to their own mistake in issuing the wrong invoice, the return invoice still cannot be prepared, and although they accepted the returned product, there is neither clear communication nor a refund. Seeing such poor service from the Mavi brand, which I used to trust, has seriously disappointed me.
My order number is EOL7532606. I request that the ₺669 payment be refunded to my credit card without delay and that the invoice error and my return process be clarified.
